Puppy Registration

Bulldog Chase Kennels Pet puppies are sold on limited registration only. It is agreed to and required that every pet puppy be spayed or neutered before 9 months of age. Show and breeding prospect puppies are sold on full/open registration. We do not guarantee that your puppy will achieve a title, or guarantee that your puppy will be able to be used for breeding purposes when full grown. It is understood that at the time of sale, this puppy has the characteristics and pedigree that is desirable for conformation competition and breeding purposes.

Your puppy has been on a vaccination and de-worming schedule at the kennel and is up-to-date. These records will be provided to you. Please take these records to your veterinarian as it is very important to continue with these vaccinations and wormings after you get your puppy home. Please do not forget the annual booster after that.

If for any reason we, the breeder, and the original purchaser of this puppy should end up in a court of law, then the original purchaser hereby agrees to bare any and all court costs and attorney’s fees for both the breeder and original purchaser. Furthermore, it is agreed that any court proceedings shall be held in the breeder’s state and county.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Bulldog Chase Kennels.

Bulldog Chase Kennels is totally committed to the protection of your personal information. We fully understand visitors and users of our website are concerned about their privacy, and the confidentiality and security of any information the user/users provide. Certain information is automatically collected whenever a user accesses our website.

Additional information may be voluntarily supplied through our on-line forms, e-mail for specific service delivery purposes and our Facebook pages. Bulldog Chase Kennels will only use such information collected for the purpose for which it was supplied and such confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.

When you visit our website, our internet Service Provider’s standard web logs record anonymous information for statistical purposes only, including:

date and time of your visit to the site;

Customer Satisfaction

1. Bulldog Chase Kennels (“BCK”) offers its customers buying a puppy from BCK, a 7-day cooling off period commencing from the date the customer receives the puppy from BCK.

The Terms and Conditions of our cooling off period are as follows:

Provided you return the puppy within the first 3-days of purchase, BCK will refund you 90% of the purchase price paid.  
Provided you return the puppy within 4 to 7-days of purchase, BCK will refund you 70% of the purchase price paid.

Bulldog Chase Kennels has implemented these 7-day Cooling Off Period Terms and Conditions to ensure the best outcome for the pet, you as our valued customer and in covering BCK`s costs both internally and externally (i.e. Vet checks; 2-week quarantine period and re-advertising costs etc).

2. If you the purchaser decides to return the purchased puppy to our business within 21 days of sale (collection) accompanied by a statement from a veterinary practitioner, that the puppy purchased is unacceptable for health reasons, the business will take the said puppy back and refund 100% of the purchase price.

3. If the purchased puppy is diagnosed with, suffering from, dies or is euthanised from a disease that is traceable to our business, within 3 years of purchase (collection date) the business will refund 100% of the purchase price where the owner of the animal provides a supporting statement and diagnoses report from a veterinary practitioner.

Under the above items 1 & 2 clauses, the owner cannot keep the animal and request a refund.
